Robert Grisdale

Deputy Head
My teaching career started before I even had a teaching degree as I worked for a year in two schools in Botswana in order to determine whether teaching was the career for me. Having decided it was I went back to the UK in order to qualify. I had taught in Botswana for four years, in the UK for one and in Poland for a further six years at The British School in Warsaw, where I was the Key Stage 2 Co-ordinator. Most recently I have been working in Thailand as Head of Primary in an international school. In addition I had worked in the education research department of a London Borough and as a researcher at Cambridge University.
I have a number of interests including bridge, football, tennis, cricket and most recently Thai kick boxing.
