It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the British International School Gdańsk (BISG). I trust that this website gives you an insight into what we offer the international and local community in Gdańsk and the surrounding area. We opened our school in September 2007. Since then we have already included teachers, parents and students from the U.S.A., Holland, Lithuania, Latvia, Norway, Romania, Germany, Italy, Columbia, Denmark, Australia, England, India, Japan and of course, Poland. Chemistry Teacher

I have Master's of Arts Degree in Chemistry and English Studies. During my studies I managed to work abroad in the USA and England, which gave me opportunity to learn English fluently and gain some cultural experience. I am aqualified teacher with ten years experience teaching in high schools.

I know what being a foreign student feels like. During my High school years my family moved to Florida USA where we stayed for a year. Of course I went to a local school and successfully graduated even though I barely new any English when we arrived.

I enjoy working with young people for the enthusiasm and energy they have. I aim to prepare my students well for the difficult exams they are to take, and to make my teaching a fun and interesting journey through the world of science.
